In a realm filled with swords and sorcery, imagine a scenario where cats fill the ecological role of humans, while humans take on the role of dragons. Ages ago, to prevent the disaster caused by an otherworldly human king, the two gods provided the fountain of immortality to the indigenous human population. However, these deities were concerned that humans might also give rise to a formidable entity like the otherworldly king; thus, the condition for immortality was that all human infants would be female, leading to the complete disappearance of human males and the cessation of the race's reproduction. Many years later, a violent coup took place in the capital of the Cat Paw world. The escaped dwarf cat princess triggered a forbidden summoning array, bringing back the otherworldly human king who had nearly brought ruin to the world—a man known as Yi Yin. This narrative unfolds along two primary arcs: the cat princess's quest for vengeance and the human knight's almond.
