if you hold the rights to a work and believe it's on cyrisia.com without permission, send a notice and it will be removed promptly, usually within a few days.

what a notice needs

email srslycyrisia@gmail.com with:

1. your name, address, phone number and email
2. the work you hold rights to
3. the cyrisia.com address(es) of the material: a series page (cyrisia.com/series/...) covers the whole series, a chapter or volume address just that item
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
5. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
6. your physical or electronic signature (your typed full name is fine)

what happens next

the material is removed or disabled and you get a reply. for linked content (comic chapters shown from another site) the series or chapters are taken off cyrisia, so they're no longer listed or shown here. a series taken down this way isn't added back by the site's automatic importers.

counter-notice

if something you submitted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with the removed address, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of your local court, and your signature.

repeat infringers

accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material are closed.
