Dante was considered a joke: Level 1 with 2 ELO. Determined not to give up, he embarked on his first mission. Unfortunately, everything went awry. A disaster struck... and Dante found himself alone, dragging the bodies of his teammates. He bore a bite mark on his neck from the very creature responsible for the calamity. An uncontrollable hunger emerged. "Their flesh is... so alluring, after all." Dante had changed completely. His wounds no longer caused him pain. His body refused to perish. And a hunger began to intensify that no System could elucidate. No one was aware of his secret. No one could ever be permitted to discover his secret. Thus, he smiled, feigning the same weakness, but something else was inhabiting his visage. And it was starting to relish the masquerade. Check pinned review for more information about the novel!
