Frim, a 5-year-old orphan living in the streets of the slums district, was a Japanese person in her past life. Her everyday life was filled with violence and injustice, and she had no one she could count on for help. What she had is "Magic That Can Produce Water" and "Modern Knowledge", that was it. Even hoping for a roof to sleep under was a luxury under such circumstances. But the world was lacking in ideas about improving working conditions, and by coming up with new ways to use Water Magic aside from producing drinking water, Frim gradually makes a name for herself!
