One Piece: Lord of Disaster

Years later, in the aftermath of the calamity that engulfed the world, people couldn't help but reminisce about the day the Rocks Pirates fell apart. At that moment, everyone believed that normalcy would be restored, but it wasn't until much later that they understood a true monster began to consume the world from that day forth. After being transported to the realm of pirates, Roya unexpectedly acquired the ability to transform into Qiongqi. Qiongqi is a fierce beast synonymous with natural disasters, granting him the power to summon such calamities; Qiongqi is also a malevolent creature that punishes the righteous and rewards the wicked, allowing him to manipulate man-made disasters. Consequently, the world was met with a genuine catastrophe. "I'm sorry, I'm not here to bring peace to the world. I only want to make the world go to war," Luo Ya declared. It all originated with a trainee in the Rocks Pirates.
