Wan Lin, a descendant of a martial arts family that has secluded itself in the mountains and forests for generations, inadvertently brought the “Beast King” little leopard to become part of the army’s special warfare unit, thus creating the “Leopard Commando” with them at its center. The protagonist guides the animals in the mountains to save his comrades in peril, engaging in a series of desperate battles against all malevolent forces. The narrative highlights the demeanor of a modern group of Chinese soldiers, exemplified by Wan Lin, through intricate descriptions, and portrays the moving tale of the “king of beasts” little leopard leading lions, wolves, tigers, and leopards in courageous combat using anthropomorphic methods.
