A woman who’s barely been scraping by under the weight of debt—Ban Yeonha. She proposes marriage to the boss she’s secretly loved for years. “You said you wanted someone who won’t whine, who’ll take the money and go along with it, who can give you a kid quickly. What about me?” A man who doesn’t believe in the love of a poor woman — Seo Kanghyun. He scoffs at the youngest secretary’s bold proposal. She’s asking him to break the chains that’ve shackled her all her life. But all he sees is an opportunity to use those chains to tame her. Yeah. He did manage to tame her. But the worst part? He ended up getting tamed, too. Every time he reeled her in with sweet words he wasn’t even good at, he’d snap out of it and realise—It was him who wanted to tighten the leash more. Tame her more. Tie her down completely. A dangerous yet sultry trap—Yeonha and Kanghyun’s twisted relationship starts to seep deeper and deeper.
