Yashiro the Blind

In the 16th century in Japan, life was regarded as expendable, conflict was rampant, and the balance of the era teetered between tradition and progress. For over a hundred years, the flames of war blazed, transitioning from Oda to Toyotomi, ushering in a new era of change across the nation. However, the interactions and confrontations with the Nanban Southern Barbarians led the Tokugawa Shogunate, the ultimate victor, to adopt a national isolation policy that persisted for centuries. It wasn't until the emergence of the Black Ships that the country's doors were forcibly opened, shifting the tide and rendering everything irreparable... Yet these distant events—rather, the future—have no relevance to Yashiro at this moment. She is merely a little blind girl who has accidentally found herself in ancient Japan and has been unable to see anything since birth. In this harsh time, what can a blind girl with no support do? "Let's set a small goal first..." Yashiro said, scratching at the dry, unappetizing food before her, her small fist clenched tightly: "One day, I'll buy a big house in Sakaimachi, and I'll be sawing steaks, drinking red wine, and indulging in honey cakes every day!"
